Brakes problem
2005 Honda Civic 4 cyl Automatic 60000 miles

When I release the brake pedal, I hear a squeak (kinda like the nose you hear when you squeeze a dog toy), coming from the rear of the car. More specifically, when I had my friend press the brake pedal, I put my ear up to the back wheels, I hear it mostly from the rear/passenger side/ middle. It doesn't sound like it is coming from the actual break pad, but something more in the middle of the back of the car.

Is there a connector or something that needs to be oiled or replaced?

Hi jigga8517,

Is your vehicle equipped with disc or drum brakes?
