2004 Honda Civic Temp guage is high (3/4 high), always cold

Yea, thanks for reading! As the subject says the temperature guage is always above mid point when the heating or cooling system is on. As a matter of fact, no matter what I choose hot or cold, the systen blows cold air. The temperature is always a bit above mid point on the guage when all air cooling or heating activities have ceassed. I checked the cooling liquid for the radiator and it is lowwwwwww. So what could this be? Do you need more information?

You have a coolant leak somewhere. You are getting no heat inside the vechile because you are low on coolant. Have a pressure test done to help pinpoint the source of the leak.
