Dear Sir or Madame, I have recently had my power disabled and am unable to reset my radio code. The radio says code and to enter the 5 digit code but it is not working. I believe I have the correct code. Just wondering what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.. Sincerely, /calvin

When you turn the key on, turn the radio on (power button) and put in the 4 digit code that you have. If that code doesn't work, you have the wrong code.
If all else fails the dealer will reset the code for you, they usually do it for free

Go to honda with your ownership and they will give you the code if they have it on file.
