2004 Honda Civic pulsating lights

yes all my cars lights are pulsating the headlights, tailights, dash, and dome and when i press on my gas they pulse at a faster rate.

i already had my altenator checked out. does anybody know what else could be wrong

I would suggest checking all the major body grounding points.
