After I drive my car for a while, my temp guage in the car will start to rise. If i turn the a/c on it returns to normal but will rise again a few minutes later. I also don't have heat inside the car. I checked the coolant level and that is fine. I also changed the thermostat but that didnt help. What else could it be? And how expensive could it be?

Heater core clogged-up, water pump defective, radiator clogged and air lock in the system and electric fans not coming on and low coolant level
