These guages aren't always working when car first starts. They may start to work after a few minutes or up to 20 minutes after starting and driving the vehicle.

Hi mjporter,

There meter cluster has a problem and there are many reported cases of the printed circuit board causing the problem.

You can try checking the meter cluster wireharness connections for looseness or contaminations.
