2004 Honda Civic

Hi-

My car won't start at all. No lights go on and no noise is made. We checked the battery and it seems to be fully charged. When we go to try and jump start it, the car alarm goes on. The remote to lock/unlock the door does not work either. We have to manually open the doors. What is the problem?

Test the battery and check its connection make sure its cleaned and properly tightened. Power has to come from the battery and then thru the main fusible link before it goes anywhere.
