2004 Honda Civic brakes not working & padel become hard

Brakes problem
2004 Honda Civic Manual

i have replaced rear discs and front are ok and rotor also mech cleaned but still problem exist ..............on advice of mechanic booster also replced but the same problem padel is hard and brakes dont work plllllz advice

Check the vacuum hose to the booster if its leaking and also check and test the check valve-could also be a low vacuum
