2004 Honda Civic Blinkers

2004 Honda Civic 4 cyl Automatic 62241 miles

My blinkers no longer work at all. I have taken it to the shop and they have replaced the flasher relay which turned out to not be the problem what else could be causing my blinkers not to work?

Does the hazard light work? If the hazard switch is disconnected, the signals would not work.
