2004 Honda Civic atf change

Do I have to use genuine Honda ATF-Z1? How much tranny fluid do I need? Also do I need a drain plug gasket? And can I do a tranny flush or do I have to drain it and fill it 3 times like the manual says?

When it comes to hondas, I would use the honda fluid. This is a cvt. You can flush or drain and fill. Drain and fill is easy enough. Should replace the gasket.
