I have a vibration in my steering wheel when i get above 55 mph. originally i brought my car into the shop to get the alignment done. when i brought it in it was vibrating really bad to where it was shaking the entire car and it was also pulling to the left. I had the tires balanced and the alignment done and also the rotors plained. The vibration is just in the steering wheel now and also the car is pulling a little bit to the right. Could it be that the alignment was over corrected alittle or could it be something else?

If the steering wheel is still shaking you most likely have a bad tire or bent rim. Even though they made them balance, doesn't mean something isn't wrong with the tire/rim itself.

If the vehicle pulls to the left, either they didn't do a proper alignment or your tire pressures are adjusted improperly.
