2003 Honda Civic Si, Noise coming somewhere from dashboard especially when turning and riding on bumpy roads or even hitting potholes. Sounds like some kind of vibrating noise. I listened closely and sounds like its closer to the steering wheel area. The sound is low pitched. Imagine the sound of gargling water in your mouth, but with a very very low pitch.
I had a friend ride passenger seat with me to help me find where the noise was coming from, he said when he listened from where he was sitting it didn't sound like it was coming from the dashboard, but close to the front right wheel. The person I bought the car from did say he had the right front strut replaced because it was leaking. Maybe it just needs to be lubricated?

Hi Danny,

Should not be a lubricating problem. Vaibration noises are usually caused by something loose when it happpens over bumps or uneven roads. Check if any hoses etc are not secured properly.
