My car makes a low sound like it's dragging when I'm in any gear but fifth. Why does it make this sound?

Either you have a braking issue. It may be a backing plate rubbing, a seized caliper/pins, rear brakes are adjusted to tight.
Or it may also be a loose heatshield or exhaust component that is making noise.
