2003 Honda Civic No air coming out

The AC and heat are not working in my civic. When you turn hte knobs on all the lights come on but no air comes out, this is on hot and cold. What is this?

Check the AC/Heater fuse-if okay start by directing battery power to the blower motor and see if it comes On.
