How do you reset the computer so the light goes out after you made the repair based on the obc code one identified and replacing the part needing replaced

Hi TBONE5256,

The scanner used for obtaining should be able to erase the trouble codes. If the problem is not resolved after replacement of the parts, then you would need to diagnose what is causing it.

Disconnecting the battery or removing the back-up fuse is another option of erasing the trouble codes.
