2003 Honda Civic lug nut broken

one of the lug nuts on the front wheel was broken.i already removed disk brake assembly and rotor.Now ,my question is how can i remove the the lug nut broken if there's a round blocking behind.

have to remove the hub assembly to replace the lug studs on your vehicle
