WE HAVE A 2003 HONDA CIVIC LX WITH APPROX.
72000 MI. ON IT. RECENTLY, THE ODOMETER READING IS SHOWING A "OA" IN FRONT OF THE
LAST 4 NUMBERS AND IS NOT SHOWING THE CORRECT ODOMETER READING. IS THE ODOMETER
BROKEN AND HOW DO WE GET IT RESET TO READ CORRECT ODOMETER READING.

You most likely need to replace the whole cluster assembly with the module.
