2003 Honda Civic front disc brakes running hot

After replacing pads, rotors, calipers brakes still gets extremely hot (starts to smoke) even after a few minutes of driving.

Caliper piston could be binding, brake hose collasped internally acting as a one way check valve or theres' problem with the ABS unit if it has one or the master cylinder
