Try these steps they may help you with your problem
1) bench bleed the clutch master cyld.
Once installed have another person pump the clutch pedal then go on to bleed the slave cyld make sure to keep the resivor on the master cyld full or you will ruin it that should take care of it.
Also make sure to see if there is an adjustment screw on the clutch master thats attached to the clutch pedal
almost forgot are you sure that the release bearing did not come off the clutch fork that will also cause this problem
