2003 Honda Civic Changed the spring only on one side

My car went over a pot hole and the spring on the passenger side broke. I had it replaced and had the tracking done on the car. Now the car seems to drift to the left. Could this be because I need to change both springs?

Make sure that both front tires are the same make/model. Different treads or wear amounts can make a vehicle drift slightly. It should slowly drift to the right if aligned properly. Also check tire pressures. If all is ok, take it back to where it was aligned and have them redo it
