the other day there was freon coming out of the vents. Now m the air just stopped blowing. Someone tried putting freon in the low pressure side and the was more pressure than it should normally have. We changed the blower and nothing happened. We even tried to short wire the unit to see if it would work at all, but all it does is blow air.

If you have freon through vents I would say Evaporater leak. Mice can get in there, build a nest & nest can rott Evap. Assy. . You do not want to breathe that stuff ! I'm not possitive thats your problem but I would certainly get Evap. Assy. checked out. Good Luck.
