2002 Honda Civic Recirc-a/c-rear defogger switch assemby ca

Hello, I bought this car used and it looks like the electrical stuff was messed with in order to install a now sound system and a security system. In the process, it looks like the wires and connector for the recirc-a/c-rear defogger switch assembly have disappeared. Looking at the Haynes manual, the wire for main power to this assembly should be BRN/WHT. I guess I've got two questions. Is this color coding correct? If it is correct, could someone tell me where the "Heater Control Panel" is physically located so that I can trace wires from that to the Defogger switch assembly. If you need more details or a better explanation, just let me know.

Here's the rest of the color coding that Haynes gives for this unit. (I have found a few of these wire colors but not the main power one):
INPUT - BRN/WHT
RECIRC - YEL/RED
A/C - LT GRN/RED
DEFROST - BLU
RECIRC LED- LT GRN/BLK
A/C LED- LT GRN
DEFROST LED- BLK/RED
SWITCH ASSEMBLY LIGHT - RED/BLK
SWITCH ASSEMBLY LIGHT - RED
