Transmission problem
2002 Honda Civic 4 cyl Manual 155000 miles

it sounds like if the fan was hitting but there not i checked for any sings that would indicate rubbing but no sings so i think it has something 2do with the tranny because when its making that noise i put the clutch in and it stops but i dont think is the cluth cause it dosent make any noise when its in the car is completly stoped and the ingine is running

Hi, Was The clutch Ever replaced? Sounds Like You May Have A Bad Throw Out Bearing. This Bearing Can Go bad Is The clutch Is not Adjusted right. Also Check The Trans Fluid .

Hope This Helps You,
Good Luck
