sensor, need advise please

While driving using my car the engine stops without knowing why, after cooling it down it runs great again. so i went to service center to diagnose my car, using SMARTBOX X431, the error code is 04-02 CKP sensor 1 range performance and the other one is 08-02 TDC sensor 1 noise. please help or give any advice what to do. thanks in advance.

Hi chelmi, Item # 9 = TDC Item # 11 = CKP Check for loose wire connectors, contamination of connectors.

Dear Chelmi,
I had the same problem with my 2002 Honda Civic. I had it on 4 different occasions. Got is scanned with a Launch X431 diagnostictool and had the same error codes as yours i.e 04-02 Sensor 1 Range Performance and 08-02 TDC Sensor 1 Noise.

May I know if you found a solution to your problem. I has the error code cleared by the X431 but I believe the sensors will have to be change.
