2002 Honda Civic Heater works on acceleration, won't heat u

My 2002 Honda Civic heater only heats while accelerating but runs cold when I reach crusing speed. The car won't heater won't heat the car on cold days until driven.

Sounds like you may be low on coolant, or possibly a slight heater core plug.

First check your coolant level and bleed it properly.
