2002 Honda Civic heater not working

Heater problem
2002 Honda Civic Manual 78000 miles

heater in car doesn't work, checked fuses they are fine, checked the wires hey are fine saying 12v, new heater blower fitting, the heater blower is clicking and trying to turn don't know what the problem is, someone suggested that it is the resistor but tryed it on the car battery and it is working fine can you suggest anything else. Please help thank you. Ps the dial for the heater is also working because my AC switch lights up.

Try giving direct power and ground to the heater blower. If it doesn't turn on, replace the heater blower.

Thanks for the advise, but tryed that, but that not the problem either.
