2002 Honda Civic Gearbox

I'm having problems with my 5th gear. when i do long distance drive e.g 100 miles at around 1st 60miles no problems however after this the 5th gear slips out i have out keep putting car into 5th gear. If I'm doing a 30mile journey no problems. Could anyone please help?

Did you check the trans gear oil level.?
