2002 Honda Civic Car shutters when decelerating (not brakin

Hello,

I just did a front brake job on my 2002 civic si. I changed front pads, rotors seemed fine so I left them. The lower caliper slide pins on the driver and passenger side were siezed, so after removing them I cleaned them up, removed all the rust, and cleaned the holes in the caliper bracket out. After cleaning the pins and holes, they slid easily by hand and did not stick anywhere. I applied a generous amount of grease and reinstalled the caliper.

Brakes work great now, but after a few miles of driving the car has developed an odd shudder under deceleration. When I press the brake pedal, everything is fine, no shudder. But if I let off the gas without touching brakes, the car shudders and there is a clunking sound.

Anyone have any ideas? Is this probably related to caliper slides? I have to drive to Ohio from Michigan in 2 days, if its not something to worry about or something that is going to damage the car, I would like to deal with it after the drive as I dont want to take the car apart and be unable to make the drive down.
