2002 Honda Civic Blower not Working

My 2002 Civic AC / Heater blower quit working on ALL speeds. I checked the fuses and bench checked the blower - all tested good. Can the resistor cause all blower speeds to be inop?

I've never seen a resistor cause all 4 speeds to not work, and I'd need to double check, but I'm almost positive on your vehicle the highest speed bypasses the resistor anyways.

Check for power and ground on the blower motor harness when you turn the fan switch on. Let me know which one is missing.
