2001 Honda Civic transmission slippage

My check engine light came on, I checked on a OBD-II scanner and it read code P0730. When the car is on it only shifts and only goes up to 30 mph. Then all of a sudden it will shut down and wont move at all. While the engine is still running. Can you help us identify what to do to fix the problem.
