2001 Honda Civic sun visor

Just bought a 2001 civic ex and the drivers side windshield sun visor doesn't stay up. Keeps falling down . Is there a fix for this or just buy a new one?

Sorry for the delay in answering this simple one. Unless you can jeryrig (sp) at fix for it they are made to not be repaired. Replacement is the way to go. I would check out salvage yards as an option or ebay.
