My Civic LX is making me feel mighty uncomfortable on the road. When ever I seem to get to 60 mph the car begins to shimmer and shake, and it also does that when I make a turn somewhere. I especially notice that it shakes when I'm going over bumpy ground. I'm thinking that the shocks might have seen the end of their life or what not, but I'm trying to take it easy, because I'm even fearing taking a curve becasue when I do, it sometimes shutters mid-curve scaring the living daylights out of me. I have no idea what is causing it. Could it be the shocks or could it be the timing belt (I will admit I haven't been able to afford to get it replaced).
