My car dealer told me at my last oil change, that my 2 front stuts are leaking oil. How soon do I need to get this repaired and how much would a reasonable price be for parts and labor? They want to charge $670.

For OE parts that is not a bad quote at all. If you want to go a bit cheaper, you can go aftermarket if you wish.

It is not a major concern, nothing is going to 'break' on you, however... worn struts do promote poor handling characteristics and wear on front end suspension components.
