WHEN I ACCELERATE MY CAR IT SEEMS LIKE IT SKIPS A GEAR. THE RPM GOES UP TO 5 OR 6 WHEN I'M ONLY GOING 40MPH. ITS NOT LIKE ITS A NEW CAR, I HAVE BEEN DRIVING IT FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLE.

Hi carlycatkr,

The transmission seems to be slipping. Check the fluid level. If level is correct, you might need to get the trans line pressure checked.

Is the D4 light blinking while driving?
