2001 Honda Civic headlights

Why do my headlights suddenly only work on bright? There are no dim lights at all. Where should I look for the reason?

Start by checking all of these fuses. Underhood fuse/relay box #14, 15, 17 & 19, and two headlight relays. If they are all good, you may want to replace both headlights. The low beam part of the headlights burned out.
