2001 Honda Civic Front turn signal

I am getting no voltage to the right front turn signal. I have tried 2 new bulbs, checked the fuzes and replaced the turn signal fuze with no effect.I cannot find a wiring diagram online and thought you mght have some suggestions. Thank you for any assistance.
