2001 Honda Civic flickering lights

I have a problem i hope ypu can help me with. on my 2001 honda civic my head lights, brake lights, and interior lights flicker. I took it in to get the alternator and battery checked out,the alternator was good but the battery was not,so i replaced the battery and i still have the same problem. it seems to flicker more as i accelerate.

Usually this problem is either the alternator, a bad ground or a loose connection somewhere.

Personally, I'd get a second opinion on the alternator.
