My engine light came on recently, and the car stalled completely, I had to get it towed to the dealership and something was wrong with the emissions. The problem was fixed. It is 3 months later, and the engine light just came on and went off twice on my way to work (it is now off). It was pretty cold out, and I did not give the car a long time to warm up. Could that be the cause of this issue? I have had this light come on one time years ago, with no difference in the driving of the car, and the light went off in 2 days. When the car broke down 3 months ago, obviously it was stalling and not "going" when I was on the pedal. This morning, similar feeling, it was stalling or kicking a little bit when I went on the pedal, but this was when the car was still at a very cold temp. By the time the light went off, the stalling feeling was gone.

Please give me any feedback possible.

When light is on again go by Auto Zone or similar and have code read. Post in P0xxx format will advise.
