2001 Honda Civic dim lights wont work or radiator fan

My radiator fan isnt working and the dims on my headlighs wont work. I replaced the headlights and checked all the fuses. Any one knows what could be the problem. ( the a/c fan works but not the radiator fan)

The radiator fan not working could be due to a faulty fan or relay. To test, the fan motor, unplug the socket and use remote wires to apply voltage to fan, if it works, the fan is ok and you need to check the relay. Try swapping the fan realy with others. Remember to mark the relays before removing so that youknow which is which should replacement be required.

As to the headlights, it could be afault with the switch or other controls. Is vehicle equipped with Daytime Running Lights?
