Pickup a Haynes manual. They are titled by the car you are needing it for. Good investment. Some big libraries have repair manuals on the shelf. Car auto parts stores either have them in stock or can get them overnight. Cost is around $20.
No easy way to just slip the cluster out. The dash needs to come apart. Not all that bad once you have done it.
