My Honda loses compression sometimes when I'm driving. The computer diagnostics says that all four cylinders are not firing and there's an O2 problem. I've recently replaced the O2 sensor and the catalytic converter. It happens about every other day and I have to let it set for a good while before it will start and run correctly. It does it a various times and speeds so there's no real consistency as to when it happens.

Remove the spark plugs and examine them. Replace if necessary. Also, while the plugs are out, it's do a compression test as well.
