I own a 2001 honda civic, and sometimes when i drive my car my check engine light turns on, and when it turns on i can't go over 4,000 rpms, when i try it sounds like im hitting my rev limiter, but if u turn my car off and turn it back on then it runs fine, can u please help me with this i haven't found anybody who know how to fix it.
