2000 Honda Civic whistling or friction noise.

The car makes the noise when i turn both left and right. When at idle i can hear the noise but barely the noise gets worst after a while and as i turn the wheels more.

OKAY! i found out the problem. When i was driving a small rock got stuck between the back of my brake disc and sheet of metal. took me a while to find the problem because the noise went away every once in a while. The noise from the idle must be my belts.
