2000 Honda Civic I got two little problems

My civic hatch's thermestat needle is working it just sits low. My car that i know of doesnt overheat cause i use it alot and never smokes, but idk why the needle isnt working. Also the radiator fan doesnt want to turn on or at least i never see it turned on. Idk what do and its driving me nuts.

If your radiator fan is not working check for a blown fuse but also check fan relay.
