I HAVE A 2000 HONDA CIVIC EX......AND ITS LEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM CANT TELL IF ITS THE BRAKE FLUID OR TRANSMISSION FLUID.. PLUS WHEN I TURN THE STEERING WHEEL THE FRONT WHEELS SCREETCH....PLUS WHEN MY AC IS ON THE WHEEL SHAKES AND CAR MOVES BACK AND FORTH IN PLACE....IT COULD BE THE RPM OR ALIGNMENT NEED TO BE RAISED CAN I GET AN ANSWER PLEASE

It sounds like you are leaking power steering fluid. You are hearing the power steering pump whine and moan because it is try. Check your power steering level located at the front left hand side of the engine bay (has a little red cap on it)
