I have a problem, my civic makes a clicking sound when I ever I turn sharply to the right and sometime when I brake suddenly. My mechanic first said it might be the axle then the bearing and even rotated my tires but that didn't help much any suggestions?

I wouldn't suspect the tire position would have had an issue on it. I would lead towards a bearing as the clicking ones are tough to be able to verify other than just replacing it or swapping them from side to side. The axles typically will click on most of the same directional turn.
