2000 Honda Civic AC warm air questoin

I drive a 2000 honda civic se and today I noticed that it started to blow warm air when I turned on the AC. I'm not sure why that is. Is it possible the AC needs to be charged?

check the belts and fuses
and if all OK have the AC system check for 134A gas
