My car was making a whining sound like if a belt was bad every time i had the A/C on and I was driving a at lower gears. I eventually heard something pop while i was driving like if a belt broke and my A/C stopped blowing cold air. i checked all my belts and they are all still there my A/C Condenser turns on when i turn the A/C on but no cold air. Does anyone know what is going on?

Check your a/c tensioner pulley. They always fail.
