1999 Honda Civic White smoke

After an oil change, new spark plugs, replaced new spark plugs cable, new distributor cap, and roter, white somke is coming out of the exhaust when the car is started.

The smoke wasn't there before? Is the vehicle mis-firing at all?

You may have the wrong spark plugs in there.
