Air Conditioning problem
1999 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 214,xx miles

Two months ago my car started to have a significant amount of water coming in on the floor of the passenger side all the way to the back, but it only happens on the passenger side. Is it something to do with the A/C. It is getting to the point that the rugs are so drenched with water that they are getting moldy and stinky. Can you please advise. Thank You

Hi bggrant33,

It should be related to the A/C and the most common problem is a dislodged or clogged evaporator drain hose.

Under the glove box at the lowest point of the evaporator housing there is a drain hose, checke if it is dislodged or clogged. If it is clogged, the evaporator would fill up with water and overflow into the cabin.
